LIV-UP is looking for a Part-Time Program Manager/Volunteer Coordinator

(Remote | Independent Contractor)


Make a meaningful impact with LIV-UP, a nonprofit serving older adults in our community. We're looking for a detail-oriented, proactive individual to help manage our behind-the-scenes operations and support volunteers and members.


💻 Position Details:

  • Remote | Work from Home
  • Flexible Schedule | 25 to 35 hours/month
  • Independent Contractor Role


🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage member and volunteer data in Club Express (an on-line app that we'll train you how to use)
  • Schedule and coordinate services
  • Send invoices and renewal notices
  • Track volunteer hours and service stats
  • Plan fun and engaging social events
  • Monitor Google Voice calls and requests
  • Keep member and volunteer lists updated


✔️ We’re Looking for Someone Who:

  • Is highly organized and resourceful
  • Communicates clearly and professionally
  • Has good, basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google tools
  • Can work independently and manage time well
  • Enjoys making a difference in the community
