LIV-UP is looking for a Part-Time Program Manager/Volunteer Coordinator
(Remote | Independent Contractor)
Make a meaningful impact with LIV-UP, a nonprofit serving older adults in our community. We're looking for a detail-oriented, proactive individual to help manage our behind-the-scenes operations and support volunteers and members.
Position Details:
- Remote | Work from Home
- Flexible Schedule | 25 to 35 hours/month
- Independent Contractor Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage member and volunteer data in Club Express (an on-line app that we'll train you how to use)
- Schedule and coordinate services
- Send invoices and renewal notices
- Track volunteer hours and service stats
- Plan fun and engaging social events
- Monitor Google Voice calls and requests
- Keep member and volunteer lists updated
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
- Is highly organized and resourceful
- Communicates clearly and professionally
- Has good, basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google tools
- Can work independently and manage time well
- Enjoys making a difference in the community
